Number one: I have found that if you have any skepticism or doubt in your heart it is a waste of time for both you and the Medium. Number two: Come to your appointment with honesty; don't play games with the Medium again, a waste of time for both you and the Medium. Number three: Don't test the Medium, a good one will know within minutes. Number four: If the Medium you are working with is okay with it communicate with them during your session, in other words answer the Medium honestly with a simple yes or no.
